Presently hotels are under development in Chennai, Surat, Indore, Tirupur, Manesar and Lucknow. Within Maharashtra, the company is presently scouting for locations in Nanded and Nagpur. RCL plans to expand with the format of multiple properties in same city. Following the same growth model, the company recently launched its second hotel in Pune, a 128 room hotel located at Wakad. It also plans to launch two more properties in Pune and is assessing opportunities in the main city area and Nagar Road. In the major metros, the company is in the lookout for locations in Mumbai, Delhi, National Capital Region and Hyderabad.

Earlier this year, RCL signed its first management contract for its hotel in Durg, Chattisgarh. The management growth model, as well as acquiring distressed assets for redevelopment will fasten our expansion plans across the country.
