DLF Ltd on Tuesday launched its residential project on Shivaji Marg in west Delhi at an inaugural price of Rs5,000-6,000 per sq. ft with an additional discount of Rs500 per sq. ft for buyers if they pay their instalment on time.
DLF Shivaji Marg project will be a ground plus 18-floor structure consisting of 1,400 flats of two- and three-bedroom apartments. The size of the apartments will vary between 1,200 sq. ft and 1,525 sq. ft, which means flats will be priced at between Rs60 lakh and Rs91.5 lakh. Once the inaugural offer is over the flats will be priced at between Rs6,000-7,000 per sq. ft. This is lower than Rs6,500-7,000 per sq. ft as the firm had earlier indicated. It was not clear when the inaugural offer would be over.
