Property Show in Hyderabad expects to close deals worth 3200 lac

Real estate in Hyderabad is witnessing a boom and the demand for residential & commercial properties has taken a quantum leap. Hydrabad is 5th largest metropolis and one of the fastest growing cities in India is experiencing a rapid need for increase in infrastructure.

The online real estate portal Makaan.com is organizing its 2nd Property Show in the city on 8th & 9th March 2008 at Taj Deccan, Banjara Hills. The show is slated to be the biggest in the city with over 20 leading developers expected to showcase over 70 new projects offerings. Property ranging from 25 lac to 200 lac is going to be on display. Options will include Plots, Apartments, Bungalows and Villas. Attractive home loan options will be offered to the people who visit the show. The show is being sponsored by Maytas Properties in association with Aparna and Theme Ambience. Makaan.com Property Show will provide a platform for detailed interaction between property seekers and builders, so that the visitors can make an informed decision. Compared to the previous show where-in purchase contract worth 1900 lac were closed, Makaan.com expects the current show to finalize properties worth 3200 lac over two days, an increase of almost 70%.

The show is being promoted heavily across media including Internet, Press, Radio and Outdoor and is expected to attract over 10,000 property seekers over the weekend. This will be a 100% increase over the last show held in January 2008. Hyderabad is a key market for Makaan.com, the website has 7% of its registered user base from the city but they accounts for over 13% of all property searched on the site.
